Account & Data Deletion
If you can still sign in, the fastest route is to delete your account from PrymeStudy. If you cannot access the account, submit a deletion request and we will use the supplied information to verify and process it.
Delete while signed in
Use the in-product account controls when you can still access PrymeStudy.
- Open PrymeStudy and go to your profile.
- Open Security.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Complete the confirmation steps shown to you.
Can't access your account?
Submit the email linked to the account. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or other secrets in the note.
What happens after a request
1. VerificationWe may need to verify that the request relates to the correct account before making irreversible changes.
2. Delete or anonymiseEligible account and personal data is deleted or anonymised according to the product and applicable requirements.
3. Required retentionSome payment, fraud-prevention, security, audit or legal records may need to be retained for longer.
